Shop policies

Last updated on April 29, 2022
Hello, and welcome to my store!

I love handmaking things and hope this is evident in what you see here! Each item is unique. If you see multiples of items, rest assured that each one is handcrafted and is therefore unique, having its own particular differences.

I am trained in Illustration and have adapted some of my costume and character designs into physical accessories, by teaching myself how to make them in 3D. I love learning new skills so please add me to your favourite sellers to keep up to date with my work.

Here is the outline of my policies. If I have missed anything that you would like more information on, please feel free to email me. I am friendly and clear communication is the key.

Accepted payment methods

Paypal

Returns & exchanges

See item details for return and exchange eligibility.

Payment

I accept payment via Paypal only at the moment.

I also request payment within 3 days, and any payment pending after this time will be cancelled by me.

Shipping

I make the boxes that items are shipped in and these are sturdy and ensures a safe passage for the gift you order.

I always use First Class Recorded delivery by Royal Mail for UK buyers as this comes with a tracking number and requires a signature at the buyers end to ensure it reaches its destination safely.

For International buyers, I use Royal Mail's International postage services, and this includes import tax/duties for which the customer is responsible for.

I aim to dispatch the item 1-3 business days, but will email a confirmation message to let you know it is on its way.

Additional policies and FAQs

I cannot be held responsible for damage due to misuse of the items.

Please keep the items away from fire. Due to small parts included in my work such as beads, buttons and sequins, etc... keep the items out of reach of children and animals as they may present choking hazards. They leave my hands after vigourous tugs to ensure staying power.

I have partaken in custom orders and have enjoyed the challenge, so if you have an idea you want to make real, and you see me as right for the job, please feel free to message me and I would be happy to see what we can come up with!

If you, the buyer, are overseas, (I am located in the UK) the buyer is responsible for any additional fees that may be charged at customs.

Hope you enjoy my shop and happy Etsy shopping!
